As we reach the halfway point of the year, June gives us the opportunity to reflect on progress so far and look ahead with excitement to what’s still to come.
We’ve seen so many of our learners achieving incredible milestones — stepping into new roles, growing in confidence, and developing skills that will shape their futures. Creating opportunities for people to learn, progress and thrive is at the heart of everything we do, and we’re proud to work alongside our referral partners and employers to make that happen.
June is also Pride Month, a time to celebrate diversity and inclusion. At Total Futures, we’re committed to creating safe, supportive spaces for all learners and colleagues, and we stand proudly with our LGBTQ+ community this month and always.
So in this June Newsletter, as well as exciting company updates we will exploring LGBTQAI+ safeguarding and wider learning aspects in celebration of Pride Month.
